CDA is offering a special for anyone that books a consultation for December 13th!
If you come to the office on December 13th, you will:
- Have a 20 min consultation to discuss their smile design plan
- Dr. Spiker or Dr. Guerre will take photos of their teeth
- Dr. Spiker or Dr. Guerre will take molds of their teeth
- Should the patient decide to move forward with insvisalign on the day of their consultation, they will get $500 off their Invisalign treatment
